Program Ownership & Strategy:
- Own the end-to-end Associate Clinician Program, including structure, standards, and outcomes.
- Define what “great” looks like for associate performance, experience, and progression.
- Build scalable systems to support growth across supervisors, and care models.
Clinical Quality, Safety & Oversight:
- Set and enforce clinical quality standards across all associate-delivered care.
- Oversee high-risk and complex cases, ensuring appropriate escalation pathways.
- Partner with Clinical Leadership on risk management, incident review, and quality improvement.
Supervisor Leadership & Development:
- Interview, train, and develop a strong bench of supervisors.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management for supervisors.
- Create clear expectations, training pathways, and evaluation frameworks.
