Job Description
- User Experience Design:
- Responsible for designing meaningful customer experiences that solve real problems.
- Focusing on driving the design direction within the Tax portfolio.
- Collaborate with the global Design organization, supporting the implementation and evolution of the design system and global initiatives
- Project Execution:
- You will be a seasoned designer, working closely with Product and Technology on medium to large-scale projects within a product area of a portfolio.
- Building and iterating on products or experiences based on user feedback and evolving strategic landscape
- Evolving the design patterns, flows, language, and overall experience.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to present design work to different audiences.
- Collaborate and align with the Tax portfolio.
- Work closely with product to help shape the experience and direction of key products.
