We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Manager to oversee the product development process. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between various departments and managing key relationships that drive product innovation and improvement. Key responsibilities include relationship management with Housing Finance Agency (HFA) and Down Payment Assistance (DPA) providers. Collaborating with sales and executive leaders to prioritize new product requests, documenting product guideline changes, and coordinating product development and deployment. The role also involves configuring mortgage products in the Loan Origination System (LOS) and providing loan placement guidance to the sales team.
