Finance Controller

Lead multiple client engagements, deliver timely and accurate financial information, and serve as a strategic partner to CEOs and executive teams for clients. Own and manage monthly close for multiple clients. Prepare financial statements under U.S. GAAP or other required standards. Analyze results vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods. Ensure proper revenue recognition and expense matching. Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll and related reconciliations, and general ledger and account reconciliations. Design and maintain scalable workflows for multi-entity and multi-client environments. Build annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Implement and optimize accounting/ERP systems. Support positive team culture.
