Health & Safety Business Partner - North Island

This Health and Safety Business Partner will partner with, and support, our North Island Generation Assets to strengthen health and safety outcomes and promote a strong safety culture. They will provide technical advice on how best to manage H&S risks and ensure our H&S systems are the best they can be, it is important to engage our people at all levels of the business in our health and safety programmes and supporting a culture of learning and continuously improving. The H&S Business Partner must be a strong collaborator supporting our teams to strengthen health and safety outcomes and promote a strong safety culture. The most important aspect of the role will be engaging our people at all levels of the business in our health and safety programmes and supporting a culture of learning and continuously improving. This role requires regular travel to sites across NZ, particularly in the North Island, averaging around two to three times per month. This is a remote position, North Island based, preferably Wellington or Palmerston North.
