Senior Manager, Amazon & Retail Media

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience in a performance marketing role with 5+ years of experience focused on Amazon.
• Deep experience in Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP, including prior hands-on experience in one or both of these channels.
• Experience managing agencies and holding them accountable to performance targets.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee agency partners to ensure excellence in execution, while personally owning forecasting, spend pacing, reporting, and incrementality modeling.
• Strategic work includes ownership of the test and learn roadmap, go-to-market planning for new product launches, and partnering with cross-functionals on retail media initiatives.
• Define core media KPIs across SKUs and channels that ladder up to overall business performance.
