Responsibilities:
- Empanelment of primary care providers.
- Ensure delightful and safe experience for patients.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions.
Requirements:
- Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification.
- Currently licensed in Illinois and additional states.
- Valid DEA Registration in good standing.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as primary care providers in a clinical setting.
- Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine.
