Role Overview:
- Provide evidence-based nursing care and coordinate services for cardiology patients.
- Manage patient flow, triage, and direct patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with staff, physicians, and patients to ensure understanding of care plans.
- Educate patients on procedures, medications, and wellness; document in EMR.
- Navigate new cardiology patients through records, chart preparation, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Nursing and 2+ years RN experience.
- Current multistate RN license and BLS required.
