Skills:

Strong product judgment: able to make sound prioritization decisions in complex, ambiguous environments
Ability to shape product thinking through insightful questions that clarify problems and improve outcomes
Comfortable engaging with engineers to understand, distill and explain basic technical issues

Experience:

Experience managing products with comparable scope (e.g., multiple teams, complex stakeholder environments)
Experience working on technical products (e.g., platform, infrastructure, DevSecOps, or internal tools)
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and ramp quickly in complex environments
