Senior Pipeline Engineer

The Senior Pipeline Engineer within the Platform group will join a tight-knit, cross-functional team of scientists and engineers. This team is dedicated to developing a scalable and robust platform that will underpin Natera's next generation of clinical assays. The engineer will be instrumental in the design, development, and architecture of software products relevant to the clinical laboratory, while also contributing to cutting-edge R&D, bioinformatics, and high-performance computing initiatives. The Senior Pipeline Engineering Specialist is needed to build Natera's CI/CD systems and bioinformatics workflows. They'll create standardized code repositories, implement automated build and test pipelines, and develop modular Nextflow components for genomic data processing that run reliably at scale.
