The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with clients, industry partners, and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners. Main responsibilities include managing, coaching, and developing the Communications Fulfillment team, fostering professional growth and high performance. The candidate will also lead the execution of B2C email campaigns, improve quality assurance, streamline email operations, and oversee A/B testing. Providing strategic and operational support to ensure timely, accurate, and impactful campaign delivery is critical as well.
