Platform Engineering Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Platform Engineering Manager to join our team and help drive the delivery of new features — while maintaining operational excellence and strong incident management. In this role, you will directly manage a team of 4–5 senior platform engineers and collaborate closely with them on improving and evolving our bare-metal Kubernetes and Grafana-based observability stacks. You'll also contribute technically to our infrastructure, monitoring, support, and provisioning activities, working as part of a 12-person platform engineering team. This is a 50/50 split between technical contribution and team management — ideal for an experienced engineer looking to grow into leadership while staying deeply connected to the tech. Own platform SLAs and ensure timely delivery of new features. Lead a team of 4–5 engineers: 1:1s, goal setting and evaluation, coaching, career growth, and overall team well-being. Actively contribute to infrastructure improvements and technical projects (hands-on!). Help define and maintain a culture of technical excellence and reliability. Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure product availability and performance.
