We're seeking Support Specialists who share our enthusiasm for making gaming more fun. In this role, you'll be the front-line champion for our community, helping users get the most out of WeMod while maintaining our high standards for trust and technical excellence. Key responsibilities include providing friendly support via email and Discord, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with our testing team, creating support documentation, gathering user feedback, identifying user experience gaps, and maintaining response time and quality metrics while delivering personalized support. You will also assist in moderating community discussions and escalating complex technical issues. To be successful, one should be an active PC gamer with strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and experience providing customer support.
