Sr. Manager, Software Engineering - Lead Platform

Lead Platform products serve as the central hub for managing and processing incoming family inquiries. These services include lead capture, routing, and tracking functionalities, ensuring that each lead is efficiently directed to the appropriate internal team allowing for the best possible family experience. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering – Lead Platform, you’ll be both a strategic driver and tactical executor, rolling up your sleeves to build robust lead platform capabilities that enable senior living advisors to provide a world class experience for families. You will encourage experimentation and innovation with new technologies, partner with other directors and tech leads to understand cross-team dependencies, and provide coaching to the team. You will be responsible for the team’s technical strategy and roadmap, working closely with Product Partners and Stakeholders. Also, you will professionally develop engineers, recruit talented engineers and influence culture and team norms, helping the Lead Platform organization mature its engineering and delivery practices.
