Technical Skills:

• Create and maintain shared code and libraries used by other HSM engineers.
• Improve our code base by refactoring bottlenecks, reducing feedback loops and simplifying APIs.
• Review code to ensure proper security invariants across the engineering team.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

• Work independently or as a lead engineer to deliver features.
• Foster an efficient deterministic testing culture, with an emphasis on minimizing tech debt.
• Break down large projects into smaller tasks and help the team navigate ambiguity.

Communication and Influence:

• Mentor engineers on the team within their area of specialization.
• Help others understand the strategic goals of Anchorage and how their work relates to these.
• Communicate with different people with different contexts and expertise.
