Manager of IT and Security

Role:

• Manage the IT & Security Team.
• Oversee the IT & Security project roadmap and prioritization process for cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and departmental stakeholders on shared security initiatives.

Security & Compliance:

• Maintain structured, automated, and audit-ready security and compliance processes.
• Oversee company-wide application authentication, access management, and disaster recovery.
• Facilitate vendor relationships, evaluations, contracts, and renewals.

Experience We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years managing an IT, Security, or Technical Operations team.
• 3+ years in a fully remote environment.
• Working knowledge of AWS security, SSO, identity providers, and compliance automation.
