Key Responsibilities & Opportunity:

  • Own the creative strategy engine for paid social channels, setting roadmaps and iterating to lower CPA.
  • Lead creative testing by translating data into briefs and guiding internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Design, Video, Copy, and Influencer teams to brief, review, and scale concepts.

Own Creative Reporting and Insights:

  • Own weekly creative strategy reporting and partner with Paid Media to analyze results.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, test priorities, and scale decisions.
  • Drive broader strategic analysis to identify larger growth opportunities beyond weekly performance.

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 3-5 years of experience as a growth marketing manager or creative strategist in a performance environment.
  • Are social-first with strong creative instincts, able to turn insights into innovative, on-trend ad concepts.
  • Are an excellent creative partner who communicates clearly and can act as a coach on briefs.
  • Are intellectually curious, data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven settings.
