Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and organizational priorities
• Build expertise in the OneReach.ai Communication Studio and related technologies (Voice, SMS, NLU, low-code/no-code)
• Develop and maintain account roadmaps, ensuring visibility, accountability, and clear progress reporting across stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management or technical project/program management in a software, automation, or technology-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience
• Demonstrated experience working directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders, balancing delivery execution with relationship management

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation platforms, conversational AI, or SaaS product delivery
• Previous hands-on experience in a technical or engineering role (e.g., software development, systems analysis, solutions engineering)
• Familiarity with low-code / no-code tools or workflow orchestration systems
