Own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers.
Lead complex implementations from early scoping through production launch.
Work closely with customers and internal teams to align on requirements, timelines, and success metrics.

What You'll Do:

Own and lead delivery of Wonderful's platform and AI agents.
Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboardings.
Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, or fast-growing startups.
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations.

Nice to Have:

Engineering background or prior hands-on technical experience.
Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment.
Experience supporting production software launches and ongoing operations.
