Staff Product Designer - Growth (Onboarding)

Role Overview:

• This is a staff-level individual contributor role with ownership of complex, high-impact design challenges on the Onboarding team.
• You will lead design across critical first-touch experiences including account creation and identity verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define experience strategy for onboarding systems and own large, ambiguous product challenges.
• Shape Kraken's design language and drive exceptional end-to-end user experiences by partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Use data, experimentation, and customer insight to improve activation and onboarding completion.
