Role Responsibilities:
- Establish an end-to-end recruitment plan, identifying and interviewing candidates.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to leadership on candidate movement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the right talent profile.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare-related recruiting experience.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse preferred.
