About The Role:
- Own the end-to-end recruiting for business, operations, design & engineering teams from sourcing to close.
- Closely partner with hiring managers and leadership by advising on market trends and recruiting processes.
- Support intern and graduate hiring initiatives, including campus recruitment programs and university partnerships.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct talent market research to provide hiring strategies and compensation benchmarking.
- Build and maintain strong, scalable talent pipelines across business functions.
- Support process improvements and tools to enhance candidate engagement and recruiting efficiency.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred).
- Experienced in candidate negotiation and managing recruiting processes to support successful offers.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
