Source and attract quality candidates using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, professional networks, and employee referrals for current and future workforce needs.
Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to support staffing needs, position qualifications, interview process and interview panels.
Screens resumes and conducts phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit to provide high quality candidate slates to hiring managers.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related degree
At least 3 years’ experience in recruiting/staffing
At least 2 years’ experience recruiting in behavioral health or healthcare
