What You'll Be Doing:
- Source and attract quality candidates using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, professional networks, and employee referrals for current and future workforce needs.
- Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to support staffing needs, position qualifications, interview process and interview panels.
- Screens resumes and conducts phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit to provide high quality candidate slates to hiring managers.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in recruiting/staffing
- At least 2 years’ experience recruiting in behavioral health or healthcare
