- Partners with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs.
- Develops a sourcing strategy focused on critical roles.
- Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes sourcing strategies to target a diverse pool of applicants.
- Performs advanced sourcing, including social media and database mining.
- Conducts cold calls to passive candidates to present opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- RN license preferred.
