Responsibilities:
- Sources candidates and develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Participates as part of the talent acquisition team to fill open positions
- Plays a significant role in on-boarding new employees
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or In Lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience
- Required: 3 years recruitment experience or In lieu of degree a total of nine (9) years of experience
- Preferred: Experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft
