Responsibilities:
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Review applications and resumes to identify candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools.
