Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify qualified healthcare professionals using various channels.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
