Licensed Clinical Intake Supervisor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)

The Clinical Intake Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical intake process, ensuring that clients are appropriately screened, assessed, and transitioned into care with efficiency and compassion. This role manages a team of intake therapists, provides direct supervision, and collaborates across departments to ensure intake operations meet quality, compliance, and performance standards. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting a team of intake therapists, providing clinical guidance and mentorship, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The supervisor will also conduct chart reviews, QA checks, and compliance monitoring. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field; licensure required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) and 5+ years of clinical experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
