Senior Engineering Manager - Public Sector

Ditto is at an inflection point, scaling to meet commercial and public sector demands. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and scale a distributed Public Sector Engineering organization, setting the vision for reliability at scale, and developing engineering leaders. You'll lead architecture and execution of Public Sector integration, oversee certifications, coordinate with teams to build secure edge sync, and establish best-in-class documentation. This role also includes designing talent acquisition strategies and implementing an effective engineering org structure. You will play a central role in transforming Ditto’s engineering culture emphasizing reliability, resilience, and security, communicating this mission across the company.
