Responsibilities:
- Design and build internal AI agents and automation workflows using frameworks like LangChain and Snowflake Cortex.
- Develop evaluation harnesses and monitor metrics for AI-agent reliability and performance.
- Champion software engineering best practices including modular design, testing, and CI/CD.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade software with Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agentic systems.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
