Job Description
Under the general supervision of the Director of Psychiatry, we are currently looking for a Psychiatry Advanced Practice Provider who will provide clinical evaluation and medication assessment (non-controlled only) to students who use the TimelyCare platform. Candidate must be willing to work Monday - Friday Noon - 8pm PST and must have a current license to practice in the state of California.
Conduct remote Tele-psychiatry outpatient visits (initial evaluation and follow ups). Conduct therapy, medication assessments, and intake evaluations for new and existing students. Develop individual care plans and provide therapeutic interventions as necessary including the provision of ongoing medication management services. Provide consultation and health education support to patients and families, as well as other clinical care team members, as required. Collaborate with students to develop care plans and safety planning if needed. Appropriately document sessions, assessments, and care plans in our EHR. Adhere to established standards for AIDET, clinical documentation quality, HIPAA/PHI and telehealth regulations.
