This is a high-impact role for someone with strong technical expertise, proven startup experience, and a passion for building innovative products using the latest in AI and automation. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our product and engineering culture, while working closely with cross-functional, global teams.
Lead the design and development of core products using Node.js, React, and TypeScript. Work hands-on with code while providing engineering oversight, during US working hours. Collaborate closely with founders to ensure seamless alignment between engineering and business needs. Coordinate and communicate with distributed teams across the US, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Latin America. Contribute to the product roadmap and drive innovation in AI-powered travel experiences.
