Translate performance insights into platform-native, high-converting ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. This role exists to drive structured creative ideation, testing velocity, and storytelling precision at the intersection of growth marketing and creative strategy. You’ll operate at the core of our creative engine—bridging media performance and narrative craft. This role reports to the SVP of Growth & Creative and plays a pivotal part in scaling creative systems, refreshing ad pipelines, and accelerating learning loops across paid media accounts.
Manage creative workflows for briefs, testing rounds, and asset libraries. Evolve briefing templates, creative scorecards, and async feedback systems. Contribute to internal creative libraries and training resources. Help build systems that support speed, experimentation, and repeatable success.
