Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Finance & Investor Relations will support the company’s financial planning, investor relations, and corporate development activities. The role includes building financial models, supporting budgeting and monthly reporting processes, preparing investor and Board materials, assisting with quarterly earnings and disclosures, and conducting various ad-hoc analyses. This individual will work closely with the VP, Strategic Finance & IR, the Director, FP&A, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities include financial planning & analysis such as conducting various FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning and investor relations & corporate development such as preparing quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, investor presentations, and Q&A documents.
