As a Clinician in the Immediate Response Team (IRT), the role involves providing short-term, solution-focused therapy to clients, addressing their current concerns, identifying goals, and supporting their journey to improve their mental health and wellbeing. The IRT service operates 24/7 and includes booked phone or video appointments, inbound phone support, and text/chat support lines.
