This is a highly autonomous, product-focused position at the intersection of product engineering and AI-driven solutions.
You will take ownership from idea to production, working across backend, frontend, architecture, and AI features.
You will operate in a fast-paced, low-process environment, balancing rapid delivery with long-term quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design system architecture, making decisions around scalability, maintainability, and security.
Rapidly prototype AI-enabled solutions and evolve them into production-ready systems.
Integrate with APIs, including AI-driven services, and design robust data flows.
Contribute to and elevate engineering practices through hands-on work.

Required Experience:

Strong production experience with Python and system design (5+ years).
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating APIs.
Solid frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript/HTML.
Proven ability to own features end-to-end and work in ambiguous environments.
Strong stakeholder communication and understanding of UX flows and secure development.
