Job Description

Airbnb and channel management: Manage and optimize listings across Airbnb and other short term rental platforms. Ensure all listings are accurate, up to date and aligned across all channels. Monitor channels daily to identify and resolve issues.

Revenue and pricing management: Use dynamic pricing tools to adjust rates based on demand, seasonality and events. Use flexible pricing strategies within agreed limits to help achieve monthly occupancy targets. Review occupancy and pricing regularly.

Guest communication and customer service: Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests. Ensure all issues raised in reviews or messages are addressed through work orders and follow up. Maintain Superhost level communication quality.

Marketing and occupancy growth: Proactively drive occupancy through outreach to locators, real estate agents, corporate housing contacts, relocation companies and similar partners. Coordinate email campaigns to fill calendar gaps and promote longer stays.

Operations coordination and maintenance follow up: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are clean, prepared and ready for check in. Track work orders, confirm that issues are resolved, and close out and update tickets on a daily basis.
