Job Description
Manage full project lifecycle from approval to closeout: lead the project from approval to punch list completion; ensure milestones are met; monitor schedules, resolve delays; coordinate site visits; prepare punch lists; oversee timely delivery and warranty resolution. Coordinate internal partners, vendors, and landlords: serve as contact for contractors, landlords, vendors, and IT; communicate schedules and logistics; attend meetings, and communicate with store operations. Help with permit procurement and review construction drawings.
