Job Description
As the Head of Analytics and Pricing, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for data-driven decision-making, pricing strategy, and business intelligence for OLX’s General Classifieds vertical. This role will drive monetization, competitive pricing models, and advanced analytics to optimize revenue, user engagement, and marketplace efficiency. You will deliver business impact in a fast-paced, digital marketplace environment through pricing models, A/B testing, performance analytics, and market intelligence.
You will manage a team of data scientists and analysts to optimize business performance and unlock insights that enhance user experience, marketplace efficiency, and revenue growth. To be successful, you will need expertise in pricing, machine learning, and advanced analytics, along with a proven track record of leveraging data.
