Internal Accountant

This Internal Accountant role is critical to ensuring the financial integrity of the business, managing internal financial records, and optimising our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, and internal controls. The Internal Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of Flex Living. Key Responsibilities include Financial Management & Reporting by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, conducting bank reconciliations, and assisting with budgeting. Also General Ledger & Reconciliations by managing the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Compliance & Taxation is needed by ensuring compliance with accounting standards and working with external auditors. Process Improvement & Internal Controls are needed to maintain financial controls. Expense Management is needed by managing expense tracking and employee reimbursements.
