Role and Impact:
- Partner with the CISO on security strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Identify and address highest-risk areas across the business.
- Support incident response and act as deputy incident lead.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Work with Engineering on application security, secure SDLC, and threat modeling.
- Assess and improve cloud infrastructure, SaaS tools, IAM, and endpoint security.
- Partner on AI/ML security considerations and abuse prevention.
Compliance and Customer Trust:
- Lead compliance initiatives for PCI, SOC 2, ISO 27001, DORA, and FedRAMP.
- Support customer security reviews, RFPs, and executive briefings.
- Build trust with enterprise customers through clear communication.
Culture and Collaboration:
- Champion a pragmatic security culture that enables business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Engineering, and IT.
- Operate in a remote-first, performance-driven environment.
