Clinical Risk Analyst

The ImpactAdvocate Clinical Risk Analyst will be responsible for management and status reporting related to members that are at-risk of declining kidney health or kidney failure. This role will provide oversight to members with late-stage CKD and monitor their approach to dialysis. Appropriate escalations will be made to the ImpactAdvocate nursing team and the ImpactProtect team. This role will be responsible for predictive reporting and providing insights on the health of the risk pool. This includes conducting risk assessments, evaluating member status, monitoring progression toward dialysis, and identifying intervention opportunities. You will also serve as the primary owner of risk pool operations, maintain departmental risk reporting, and translate data into actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to data management and compliance standards are essential.
