Senior Product Manager

Montu is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical value stream within our virtual healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will transform insights into impactful products, guiding initiatives from initial discovery to final delivery, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and patient needs. Responsibilities include defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more value streams, using research, data, and market insights to identify and prioritize opportunities. The Senior Product Manager will lead discovery work, from defining problems to prototyping and testing solutions. They will collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and delivery teams to launch and iterate products. Championing user experience through research and usability testing is essential. The role also involves measuring product performance, validating hypotheses, and continuously improving, as well as building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing priorities to align with strategic goals.
