PHP & React Software Engineer

Mobile & Platform Development:

• Help stand up the new React Native application, from setup to first release.
• Build and extend PHP APIs and services.
• Define integration patterns and own features end to end.

Application Stability & Bug Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve bugs in vanilla PHP, debugging across logic, database, and integrations.
• Deliver safe fixes and analyze logs, error reports, and monitoring data for root causes.
• Collaborate with QA and Support to validate fixes.

Engineering Practices:

• Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Apply standards for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development.

Qualifications:

• Proven PHP experience and React Native with at least one shipped app.
• REST API experience, strong SQL, and familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Comfortable working independently and switching context.
• Preferred: experience with third-party APIs and secure coding.
