Staff Infrastructure Engineer

As Staff Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll own the platform that powers our protocol and apps. You’ll design and run AWS-first, highly available systems that scale with real usage; turn infrastructure into code (Kubernetes, CDK/Terraform) and wire up fast, boring deploys (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline); and build end-to-end observability (metrics, logs, traces, SLIs/SLOs) to keep latency low and uptime high. You’ll harden and monitor clusters, manage secrets, and lead incident response with a blameless mindset—then shave costs and milliseconds after. You’ll partner with product and protocol teams to operate execution clients, validators, RPC/DA/indexing workloads in production, and you’ll scout new DevOps/Web3 tooling, drive PoCs, and level up our paved-road.
