Senior Revenue and Systems Analyst

Serve as the primary owner within the MIS department of revenue-related SOX controls and compliance documentation, ensuring that all key controls are properly designed, implemented, and tested. Develop and enhance policies, procedures, and documentation supporting internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), particularly in revenue and systems areas. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support walkthroughs, control testing, and remediation activities. Monitor control deficiencies and work cross-functionally to develop and execute remediation plans in a timely manner. Oversee the governance, change management, and internal control structure of financial systems including ERP (e.g., NetSuite), billing platforms, and data warehouses. Lead system compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with SOX and internal control requirements and integration of automated controls wherever possible. Identify and assess financial reporting risks associated with revenue, billing, and system integrations. Manage periodic risk assessments, materiality thresholds, and scoping related to SOX compliance. Act as the key point of contact for internal audit, external audit, and compliance teams for all matters related to financial systems and revenue controls. Drive alignment between Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations to ensure revenue systems support accurate financial reporting and meet evolving compliance needs. Evaluate new business models, product offerings, or operational changes for impact on revenue controls and compliance requirements. Lead projects focused on process standardization, automation of control activities, and control efficiency optimization.
