Drive platform initiatives end-to-end, designing extensible services and automation patterns that scale with enterprise and AI-assisted engineering use cases.
Establish capabilities and feedback loops to systematically identify and reduce patterns of instability across environments, improving system reliability.
Collaborate with management and team leads in an agile environment to document direction and create solutions.

Qualifications:

Possess deep Amazon Web Services (AWS) expertise and strong skills in containerized infrastructure based on Kubernetes (EKS).
Have experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, modern CI/CD pipelines, and operating large-scale production environments.
Demonstrate a track record of pragmatic problem solving, strong engineering judgement, and excellent communication skills.
