Product Designer

This role involves designing and iterating on user experiences for internal-facing Salesforce-based products that support care coordination, patient management, and operational workflows. Conduct user research with clinical and operational staff, translate insights into actionable design solutions, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. This role should establish and maintain design systems and collaborate with the Head of Product to create a product vision, requiring minimal travel and prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
