Job Description
You’ll help define and execute the future of our platform architecture, working closely with other engineers to ensure Plain remains fast, reliable, and secure as we scale. Lead key infrastructure initiatives like building support for multi-region deployments and overhauling our pre-production and test environments. Make the whole team faster, improving deployment speed and enabling faster iteration across the board.
Shape our platform direction by defining how we evolve our use of AWS. Solve problems that matter, making high-leverage, business-impactful decisions. The entire system is hosted on AWS, using SST to define infrastructure as code. Every pull request deploys a fresh copy of our entire infrastructure for integration and end-to-end tests.
Success in this role means enabling the whole team to ship more quickly and with greater confidence.
