Job Description
This is a high impact role for an experienced Strategy and Operations professional who is looking for an opportunity to directly impact Partnership strategy and operational execution. In this role you will partner with the Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing & Revenue Operations leadership to drive partnerships strategy, planning, territory, quota, compensation, process optimization, system changes and pipeline generation activities for the partnerships team. You will have an opportunity to lead the transformation and growth of our partnerships business as we explore new routes to market and build the operational backbone of our partner business for scale.
Key responsibilities include shaping and implementing the go-to-market strategy for Deelβs Partnerships function, driving annual and quarterly planning, conducting business analysis, and spearheading complex change management initiatives. The role also involves owning recurring business processes, reporting, and key systems, acting as a collaborator with other business and operations functions, and building analytical dashboards to support business decision-making.
